Her Safe Place is a Mexican venture with a global vision and an innovative methodology based on national and international references, developed by a multidisciplinary team of experts in regulations and certifying bodies, in the design of accessible and inclusive spaces, public policy, user experience, organizational transformation and development, as well as legal compliance.
HSP certifies safe environments for women and communities as the minimum standard necessary to boost the human and business potential of companies.
Systemically, the HSP certification process integrates criteria, policies and mechanisms to develop safe environments for women.
In HSP we consider Safe Environments for Women as any spaces and collective culture that promote physical and psychosocial safety and well-being created by the community of collaborators, clients and visitors that consider the needs of men and women equally.
One thing that sets apart the Mexican people is their capacity to show solidarity in the face of emergencies and the way they overcome them with the collaboration of the social fabric. We firmly believe that such quality is what will allow us, as a society, to address the challenge and to create safe environments for women. This is why HSP is based on creating a safe collective culture in which all people are aware and trained to act upon situations that disrupt the stability and coexistence, from medical emergencies to illegal actions, and to take part in the construction of new work and service environments from public spirit and considering men and women equally.
